Through this research, we study the lease sale contract as a form of sale in the real estate promotion, which the legislator has enshrined in line with the middle class of Algerian society, and which came out of executive decree 01-105 and its provisions.

In this study, we aim to highlight the legislator's intervention in regulating the lease sale contract as a form of housing acquisition by clarifying what it is, and indicating the extent to which it is available to protect the beneficiary under this contract by focusing on the obligations imposed on the contractor to upgrade the real estate, as well as imposing it to subject the contract official club.
