Abstract EN

Electronic media litigation technology is one of the mechanisms recently introduced in Algeria, following the adoption of Law 15/03 on the modernization of justice, and even under the direction of the new government, this mechanism, although it is credited with speeding up the pace of litigation, which supports the requirements of E-commerce in particular, particularly with regard to the speed of broadcasting in disputes, has been opposed by some in Algeria to the difficulties it may face, particularly in terms of achieving the basic guarantees and principles of litigation on the one hand,especially in terms of achieving the guarantees and basic principles of litigation required by the principle of a fair trial.
