In this article, we shed light on the most important ideas that must be taken into account when preparing a feasibility study for a hotel project focusing especially on three approaches: managerial, legal and financial.
The article was structured according to the steps generally followed in preparing such studies in order to answer the following problem: How to prepare a feasibility study for a hotel project?.
we started with the methods used to diagnostic the environment, then we pointed out the most important elements relating to the technical aspect of the project, and finally we explained the business plan from the point of view of the Algerian tax legislator and from the point of view of the uniform system of accounts for the lodging industry.
Finally, we concluded the article with a conclusion that included the most important results in addition to proving the hypotheses.
We also added a number of recommendations.

Dans cet article nous avons jeté la lumière sur les principales idées à prendre en considération pour élaborer une étude de faisabilité d'un projet hôtelier en se basant sur trois approches; managériale, juridique et financière.
L'article a été organisé par rapport aux étapes à suivre dans l'élaboration de ce genre d'étude afin de répondre à notre problématique: comment élaborer une étude de faisabilité d'un projet hôtelier? Nous avons posé deux hypothèses, la première concerne l'obligation de faire un diagnostic de l'environnement basé sur le modèle PESTEL, SWOT et les cinq forces concurrentielles, et la deuxième est liée l'importance de « USALI » dans l'élaboration des business plans.
Nous avons commencé par l'analyse de l'environnement, par la suit, nous avons donné un bref aperçu sur l'aspect technique du projet et finalement nous avons expliqué comment élaborer un business plan en respectant la réglementation algérienne d'une part et en utilisant les normes internationale de la comptabilité hôtelière d'une autre part.
Et finalement, nous avons clôturé notre article par une conclusion contenant une confirmation des hypothèses ainsi qu'un ensemble de résultats et une recommandation.
