The importance of information technologies lies in the fact that they are a product of innovations of activities defined by knowledge, they enter into the processes of creating new knowledge and receive and process the products of innovation efforts in an integrated context or in an appropriate structure for conducting research, intellectual production and promotion of digital content.

Our research highlights forms of investment in e-learning, with a review of strategies for developing this education at the Algerian University to raise the level and support achievement.
