تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف آثار الابتكار و العمليات و المنتجات على مختلف جوانب أداء الشركة في قطاع الأدوية، بما في ذلك استراتيجيات الابتكار.
قدر مجتمع الدراسة (153) إطار عبر مديريات فرع صيدال بالمدية، بينما بلغت عينة الدراسة (71) إطار.
تم اختيار هذه العينة بطريقة أخذ العينات العشوائية الطبقية.
و تكشف النتائج عن الآثار الإيجابية للابتكارات على تطوير المنتجات في الصناعات الدوائية.
Abstract EN
Purpose: This study aims to explore the effects of innovations, processes, and products on various aspects of the company's performance in the pharmaceutical sector, including innovation strategies.
Methodology: The study population estimated (153) caders across the directorates of Saidal Group / Antibiotical -Medea, while the study sample amounted to (71) caders.
This sample was selected by the stratified random sampling method.
The results reveal the positive effects of the innovations on the performance of companies in the pharmaceutical industries.
