This article aims to highlight the electronic criminal phenomenon and to clarify the control mechanisms that society will impose in order to avoid falling victim to these crimes, where Algeria is witnessing a wave of changes on all aspects, especially technical and technological ones, which has led to a large spread of the Internet provided by private companies as provided by the Algiers Telecommunications Company, and we have adopted in our theoretical study the descriptive approach as the approach closest to describing this phenomenon, and our finding meets the necessity The intervention of all those involved in maintaining the cohesion of Algerian society, starting with the latter, which is carrying out its monitoring mechanisms and ending with raising awareness among all individuals and that they are not immune from the clutches of criminals if surveillance is abandoned or their role abandoned.
