Abstract EN

This study aims to treat the problematic of E- management, with an explanation of its relation with indicators of organizational performance at municipality in Algeria, by adopting a critical analytical method, to reached the study at the end to major results that the E-management is classified within the new systems to improve the organizational performance at municipality in Algeria, the presence of a positive response for this latter towards the implementation of the strategic plan for the employment of this new management pattern, a notable progress in its employment of E- management mechanisms, What positively reflected on efficiency and effectiveness of its organizational performance across all its levels, in addition to activating the E-management of democracy and decentralization at its level.
