From this point of view, we will attempt, through this study, to shed light on the impact of the investment policy adopted on the development of entrepreneurship, in particular among young people.

To this end, we selected a sample of 42 small businesses created through the National Agency for the Support of Youth Employment, on the basis of a survey data collection questionnaire and using certain Descriptive and analytical statistical methods have led to results that most entrepreneurs are university graduates and that the investment policy has become encouraging through the means of accompaniment and support for contracting activities.
