The term is a tool of scientific thinking, and a means of scientific and literary progress.

Before that, it is a common language, in which understanding and communication takes place between people in general, or at least between a class or a special class in a specific field of knowledge and life, but the term is with a plurality of fields.

Its uses we mention, for example, the narrative term that defines a mess of usage and translation, and among Algerian critics who have addressed this issue (Saeed Butajin), who considers the term problematic one of the obstacles facing the researcher, and this is due to the fact that there is a double problem that lies in the difference between Western theorists, and there are Arabic translations of terms that their producers have not settled on due to the fact that these sciences have not been restricted yet, and these translations came according to varying levels of reception and therefore were characterized by dispersion and sometimes contradiction.
