If it recovers, human beings are able to acquire language, and if there is a defect at this stage, it affects language and thus all the foundations of human life as understanding, learning and coping.

The development of language in a child is influenced by his or her level of mental ability, because there is a relationship between the level of intelligence of children and the number of vocabulary they speak.
