This study aims to test the relationship between organizational memory and the intellectual capital of the Electricity and Gas Corporation in the Valley / Algeria, and then demonstrate the impact of adopting the philosophy of organizational memory on the development of intellectual capital.

On the other hand, it is analytical by adopting an exploratory study by adopting a questionnaire as a tool for the study, as the validity and reliability coefficient of the sample consisted of (40) individuals were measured and a high degree was reached and it was estimated at: 95%, and the data was analyzed using statistical package programs) and statistical tools Descriptive, among the most important findings of the study, is that the Electricity and Gas Corporation of the Valley Agency has an average level of organizational memory and an average level of intellectual capital, and there is a statistically significant relationship of organizational memory and intellectual capital in the Electricity and Gas Corporation in the Valley at a level of significance of 0.05, This is according to the dimensions and classifications adopted in the study model
