Abstract EN
This paper examines the activation of the internal control system through business ethics of employees in the firms.
In order to answer the research questions.
A questionnaire has been designed and distributed on the study society, which consists organizations operating in Ouargla and Oum Elbouaghi.
SPSS was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses.
The study results show that there is a high sense about the principals of business ethic of employees to enforcement of internal control system, Therefore, it is necessary to develop awareness and training programs to improve business ethics of employees.

Ce document examine l'activation du système de contrôle interne par les principes de l'éthique professionnelle des employés dans les entreprises.
Afin de répondre aux questions de recherche, un questionnaire a été conçu et distribué sur les sociétés d’études à Ouargla et à Oum El-bouaghi.
SPSS a été utilisé pour analyser les données et tester les hypothèses.
Les résultats de l’étude montrent que les principes d’éthique des employés sont très sensibles à l’application du système de contrôle interne.
Il est donc nécessaire de développer des programmes pour améliorer l’éthique professionnelle des employés.
