Abstract EN

The study aimed, as a chief, to reveal the elements of outstanding leadership that achieve institutional excellence in the College of Basic Education in the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait, and the study used to achieve its goal the descriptive approach, by analyzing the elements of institutional excellence, distinguished leadership, and the functional structure of the Deanship of the College of Basic Education in the Public Authority for Education Applied and training in the State of KuwaitThe results clarified among the most important requirements for institutional excellence in universities, distinguished university leadership, organizational culture, resources and competencies, for distinguished leadership a set of characteristics, including: initiation, membership, representation, integration, organization, control, production, communication, for the Deanship of the College of Islamic Education, College of Basic Education In the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait, there are a set of vital functions that increase institutional excellence, including setting the college’s vision, implementing general policies for it, preparing the college’s budget and its programs, following up on trainings and student programs.
