This study attempts to analyse the core element, addressed to the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on the separation wall in the West Bank (in paragraphs 90 to 100), namely the application of the Fourth Geneva Convention to the Palestinian territories.
It is an opportunity to discuss the position of the parties concerned (Israel, Jordan and Palestine) and the International Court of Justice on this research.

Cette étude est basée sur le mur de séparation en Cisjordanie, nous avons discuté de l'analyse de l'avis consultatif de la Cour internationale de Justice, notamment les paragraphes 90 à 100, concernant la mise en œuvre de la quatrième Convention de Genève dans les territoires palestiniens.
Discuter de la position des parties concernées: Israël, la Jordanie et la Palestine, ainsi que la Cour internationale de Justice.
