Abstract EN

The paper has aimed at answering the following questions: What are the problems of the administration in the intermediate schools according to the view of their management?Are there any statistics differences between the problems faced by the intermediate schools headmaster and the problems faced by their headmistresses? The paper has been limited on the principles (males and females) ofthe intermediate schools in the center of Ninevah govemorate to the yea،• 2002 - 2003 whose period of service in the field of administration is not less than two yeare.

The paper’s pop^ation has consisted of (65) schools, (30) of which foe boys and girls for the year 2002 - 2003.

The questionnaire has been used as an instrument which is considered one ofthe common ways used in gathering the information on the problems facing the intermediate schools principals , by putting an open question in front ofthe samples ofthe research which includes (10) aspccts Oil which the problems are distributed .

The questionnaire has been done in it’s basic form after gathering the answers ofthe principals (،nales and females) of the surface samples of the research , in order to prepare the questionnaire in it’s final form, the items have been distributed randomly without considering it’s field and a triple choice measurements Scale has been put to the items ofthe research which are : (faces me to a great extent), (faces me to some extent) and (does not face me) .

after analyzing the data, the research has concluded many results and recommendations.
