Abstract EN

"A study analyzing for Academic staffs in Economic and Administration College at Salahaddin University" The study tested the implications of current administrative dimensions of empowerment subsidiary (as independent variables) and its affect to build an interpretative skills (as dependent variables ).

Administrative dimensions of empowerment subsidiary factors which represent as of ownership of information, its availability, independence, freedom to act and possession of knowledge.

The study tested a sample of academic staff in College of Administration andEconomic at Salahaddin University –Erbil in Iraq.

The study suggests that administrative empowerment has a significant impact on building skills for the staff.

In addition the study suggest to active strategies & policies to enable, encourage staffs to participate in decision making process.
