As well as to reduce the possibility of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs to become a regulated activity in every place where drug users gather.

And also in order to protect the necessary interests of protecting society from the spread, abuse and addiction of drugs.

In addition to that, the crime is prevented to protect the interests of the individual by preventing the harm that will result from the use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs.

Concerning all that the topic of the research has an importance that stems from shedding light on the potential effects of the crime that affect those interests and enriching the legal library with a study that may be useful in order to inform the public opinion about it.
