International society felt the danger of human trafficking because of the dangers it entails and the effects it entails that harm the security of the state, its entity, and its economic and social systems.

As it kills thousands of human victims, especially women and children, who are exposed to abuse.

As a result of the rapid spread of this crime, members of the international community had to coordinate efforts and cooperate in order to establish a legal framework for this cooperation.

Several international and regional agreements have been issued in this field that include mechanisms for that cooperation.

These were the legislative and executive mechanisms to combat human trafficking crimes as transnational crimes.
