Abstract EN

The importance of this research comes out by using recent teaching strategy in the field of physics which depends on the theory of ( TRIZ) in order to make students to understand the physical concepts which students suffer from.

The aim of the research is to investigate the null hypotheses which states that there is no statistically significant difference at ( ά=0.05)level between the mean of students marks in the experimental group ,which use the segmentation strategy in physics teaching and mean of students marks in controlling group , which use traditional method in teaching.

The research population consists of intermediate and high schools in the general directory of Education in Erbil government.

The research sample were formed from 64) students whereas (32)students are for each two groups : Experimental and controlling groups .By using (t-test) as statistical tools to analyze the obtained data, The results showed that significant differences appear between means of the two groups in the creative thinking marks and its dimensions for experimental group benefits.

Finally, the researcher recommends that the physics teachers must depend on the segmentation strategy in teaching process.

He also suggested perform similar researches on other variables as well as other different study stages taking into account the sex variables( male, female).
