The electronic signature emerged as the proper method that is in line with the nature of the conclusion of these documents, so it is considered one of the most important ways and means To prove the authenticity of electronic transactions due to the confidence and security it provides, as it expresses the consent of the owner of the content of the electronic document, though this signature – in all its various types- must meet specific conditions in order to match the level of authenticity the traditional signature provides, and to achieve this, most legislations - domestic and international- tried to frame it (The e- signature) legally.
