Child exploitation in Internet pornography has become a contemporary crime that is widespread in recent years, especially with the technological and scientific development that the world is witnessing, and the emergence of the Internet, which contributed to the increase in the commission of this crime significantly, as the latter is a form of child sexual exploitation, Which has serious repercussions on the child victim, due to its severe effects on his physical and psychological health, which affects his life and future in general.

Therefore, various international efforts have collapsed to establish a special protection for children from exploitation of materials Pornography, including via the Internet, whether through international agreements, or relevant international organizations, or holding international conferences, this has been reflected in the legislation of countries around the world, including the Algerian legislation that took the initiative to establish special legal protection for children from this crime.
