Recently, the right of pictures has met much interests , according the great development that witnessed the modern means of photography as photographic digital and even satellite ,which has made taking photos behind walls and in privet places so easy in addition , the possibility of modifying them .this development face do the grow up of mass media such as television and internet ,where the taking photo of someone has become available and posting in different mean of media then the possibility of sharing it to the millions with one click on the button .this is constituted a threat on the human right on his photo .so from her appeared the necessity of finding a limit between the media rights which has considered the picture one a most pillars and the human rights on his personal photo which mustn’t attack it through posting it.
