The pharmacist like any other professional, like errors that engage his civil liability, the latter necessitates a fault, damage and the causal link betweenthis fault and this damage, the errors of the pharmacist can be linked to the sale of drugs.

The Algerian ligislature has strengthened this protection by recognizing the product's civilliability for the drug, which is neither a tort nor a nodal one, but rather an objective liability based on harm ratherthan fault; the non-contracting injured can claim damageseven if the product does not have a contractual link.
