Industrial property rights are considered one of the most important rights that comparative legislation attaches to the utmost importance because of their positive effects on the progress of countries and their involvement in the global effort for technological and creative developpement in all fields.

Inventions are considered the most important elements of industrial property, because they are considered an indication of measurement results of the development of scienctific and technical research in any country, whether it is a country belonging to the latin system or the anglo-saxon systems, although the conditions and formalities for granting a patent differ from on system to another.
