The emergency administrative judge has a fundamental role in resolving public procurement disputes, this is in view of the important and pivotal powers that he has at the conclusion stage, as he suggests orders to the administration and postpones the conclusion of the deal, as well as imposing a threatening fine on the contracting interest, when as imposes a threatening fine on the contracting interest when it breaches the advertising obligations and competition rules, by introducing an urgent case to consider public procurement disputes.
