Medicinal products are considered one of the most important products in human life, especially medicines that are used in the treatments, prevention or diagnosis of diseases, on the one hand, on the other hand, it is considered a dangerous product, if it is not one of the most dangerous species at all, due to its connection to human life.

Due to this important position, the Algerian legislator has imposed many legal obligations on everyone who deals with this product whether he is a pharmacist, producer or seller.

And the obligation to ensure conformity is considered one of the most important of these obligations imposed on the pharmacist, according to which he undertakes to provide, to the patient consumer, a drug product that is in accordance with the specifications and conditions that they are included in the technical and health regulations that make the medicine safe effective and suitable for consumption.
