Abstract EN

The aim of our research study is to clarify the characteristics of the unconventional financing according to the amendment of the Algerian Monetary and Loan Law, as well as the most important transformations made in the funding of the public treasury, in addition to the extent of the desired positive results and the ultimate expected risks.

Adoptando el enfoque descriptivo, analiticoe inductivo.

Finally, we concluded that many countries resorted to this financing method during the past years and has lead to positive effects.

However, the economic and monetary infrastructure of these countries cannot be compared to the Algerian economy.

Besides, the exaggerated social dimension of the Algerian economic development policy was behind the failure of the development model.
