Despite the international law has approved multiple ways of interpreting international conventions in the Vienna Convention on the law of treaties of 1969, the application and implementation of the international convention raises some difficulties due to the need for clarity of texts, which often come in general texts without details, and thus are blocked by differences in interpretation, which leads to contradiction.

And here, the court is really facing the interpretation problem, which is the case with the European Court of Human Rights, Although there is no text that specifies the methods of interpretation available to the court, it is pursuing methods that appear through its jurisprudence to find suitable solutions to different problems.
