A response in the field of media activity is one of the rights stipulated by the Algerian legislator, and he was keen to enshrine them in the articles of the media law, in a clear reference to the dedication of the principles of professional media work based on objectivity and ethics of the profession, as well as strengthening the protective role played by the right of the person to respond to the news attributed to him or publish about him causing his reputation to be tarnished and his honour compromised.
