The scientific and technological revolution in the mass media created a new quality and unprecedented interaction between cultures of different entities and changed the nature of the traditional sovereign rights of states over their land and people.

The common space of traditional means of communication (audio-visual and print media) gave new dimensions and different forms to ancient predecessors (by breadth and depth).

It clearly weakened dictatorial and totalitarian regimes methods of control or to augment their glory.

The urgency of the subject comes from the fact that the study is the first attempt to identify the features and specifications journalistic work e-Kurd in Syria and display the productivity on their.

So our orientations aims are: First - the demarcation issue to clarify the spatial structure of articulation and positioning of its deliberations with the function of media in education and indoctrination, guidance and counseling; then indicate the dimension of their contributions in creating the desire and will, opinion public on fundamental issues to the recipients, readers and browsers.

Second: addressing the subject of scientific analysis and description of gathering quantitative and qualitative indications of the emergence and development of a range of websites that we infer its affiliation to the Syrian Kurdish (open expression), or the content of the texts and gestures.

Based on the wide range of specialized resources and inter important data directly related to the subject, including interview and correspondence with stakeholders, we tried to determine the general map overall work e-Kurd Syria, and sources of strength and the nature of the achievements in this area.
