Nowadays, life has been developing unprecedentedly, that could affect various sections such as intellectual property in generally and copyright in particularly.

This is due to the emergence of the internet which has become very basic and then causing a legal concern.

Consequently, it requires a review in many legal traditional concepts such as copyright that has been affected significantly by the technology development and mainly by the internet which made a world a tiny village in which information and ideas pass very easily.

The internet has created for authors a new open environment in which their works could be attacked easily.

This virtual world has attracted the interest of many specialists in copyright area, and thus the need to put an updated legal system to protect these rights has become an obligation.
