The world is witnessing a wide expansion in the requirements of individuals that the state has become unable to meet, which forced work to find new ways that are more flexible and effective in running public facilities.

Therefore, the method of “Delegation of Public Service” appeared, and came to transfer some non-sovereign tasks of the state by a contract to a person of public or private law, to ensure the proper functioning of the public utility.

Which we will study to demonstrate the importance and role of the method of delegating the public service in the promotion and development of public service in Algeria.
