The right to freedom of movement is one of the most essential rights of any human being and it has been given attention by legislative and constitutional protection accordingly.

However, the right to freedom of movement is relative and falls, sometimes, under certain restrictions and regulations, which aim to protect the national security.

The administrative travel ban is among the most common measures taken by administrative institutions to restrict the right to travel of certain persons.

This case calls the administrative judge, upon the request of the person concerned, in order to protect the principle of legitimacy from one side and uphold the constitutional principles from the order side and that in the light of the Algerian, French and Egyptian laws.
