The Algerian legislator has set regulatory rules for the transactions related to the transfer and transplantation of human organs, whether related to the parties of the process and its location or related to the consent of the donor and his legal capacity and conditions for its conduct, especially after the establishment of the National Agency for Organ Transplantation, and in parallel with this, legal penalties are set to protect this from illegal dealings with human organs so that the human body is not desecrated and its organs are not traded.
