Most of the comparative laws tends to give a public prosecution office broad and effective powers and to guarantee the foundations and principles of public order as well as to meet the violation of any public order whatsoever, with the aim of creating support and preventive treatment, in order to cope with today's economical, social and legal development and how to address these legal aspects under legal system that seeks to embody the principles of new and developed constitution under the new algerian constitution, that ensures the principle of legal security.
