Abstract EN

In spite of the fact that building cities in Algeria is not yet at the level of reaching the highest intelligence and permanent eagerness that is carried out by some countries in the world, however the present analytic study aims at discussing the extent of success reached by Algeria in the field of transition from the stage of urbanization to the stage the intelligent durability in urbanism, and also in the field of evaluation of the extent of the relevance of the urbanism legislation to framing the orientation towards building smart sustainable cities, and focusing on the challenges that Algeria should warfront and the perspectives that it should reach so as to make the new cities on the same level of durability and to achieve a technological level which is in progress and allowing improvement of services.
