This study aims to identify the impact of strategic orientations on technology transfer in King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau and its subsidiaries.

The study was based on a comprehensive survey strategy for all the following groups: general manager, department manager, director of the department, head of the division, and section head.

The descriptive-analytical method was used through developing of questionnaire as the main tool for data collection.

One hundred twenty-four questionnaires were distributed, and 114 were retrieved, with a percentage (92%) of the distributed questionnaires, (110) of which were valid, and (96.5%) of the retrieved questionnaires The study reveals a significant impact of strategic orientations with all of its dimensions on technology transfer in the King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau and its subsidiaries The study recommends adopting a clear strategic orientation as one of the main drivers for technology transfer
