Abstract EN

The thesis is aiming at presenting the vital role of the Kurdish scholars in promoting the science and Islamic law.

Then the research shows the achievements of some Kurdish researchers in the fields of sciences and Islamic Sharia, the biography of (Sheikh Mohamed Bin Sleman Alkurdy Almadany) has been selected to be studied, who is a well known researcher and played a vital role in the field of Islamic Fiqeh codes at his era.

His master piece (Fatih Alqader The Summary of Nusk Alajier) have been selected to be studied.

These two small books have played a great role in developing the field of Islamic sharia, in spite their small sizes.

The study is in two parts: The first part is the biography of Alkurdi Almadani The Second Part is his master piece Fatih Alqadir fi HajElajir.

I hope that the research shows the specified aims.
