There is no doubt that the Corona pandemic has caused the emergence of legal challenges and new facts, which made the state take many precautions and legislative measures aimed in general at social distancing to limit the spread of the Corona virus, including the closure of schools, mosques, universities, many commercial work facilities, and gatherings.

The research used the analytical method that analyzes the current legislation in the Sultanate of Oman, its effectiveness in addressing legal challenges, and the implications of this pandemic.
