The Price adjust at the local level is one of the essential functions that the state with its various organs must ensure, and this will only come through the provision of continuous and effective market control, and control is carried out by inspecting the prices offered by traders, and continuous follow-up of the market in terms of supply and demand mechanism as well as the standard of competition, as the general principle in the process of offering prices of goods and services is the freedom of traders in the price-setting, but This freedom is not olute, it's restricted in some cases identified by the Algerian legislator.

However, in practice, the legal texts did not achieve adequate protection economically and financially for the consumer in the face of the phenomenon of price speculation, which led us to look into the provisions of Islamic law and how they worked to control prices by following the pricing system
