This research paper aims to shed light on the issue of integrating human rights conventions into the Algerian legal system and the consequences thereof, especially the judge's application of its provisions in the disputes before him, The Algerian judge did not hesitate to apply the principle with regard to human rights agreements, which are considered as a general rule of agreements directly applicable and enable individuals to invoke them before national courts.

With the constitutional amendment resulting from the referendum of November 1, 2020, and the various new provisions, judicial applications, including those related to the Constitutional Court, which will replace the Constitutional Council before the end of the year, will have a new dimension.
