International criminal justice represented by the international criminal court is responsible for tring those responsible for the most serious crimes of international significance, and putting an end to massacres which are incompatible with human dignity and human rights.

Despite its importance and role at the international level, there are certain obstacles and challenges facing international criminal justice.
asking the question on the competence and the capacity of action of this international criminal jurisdiction.

La justice pénale internationale représentée par la cour pénale internationale(CPI) est chargée de juger les responsables de crimes les plus graves ayant une portée internationale, et mettre fin aux massacres qui sont incompatibles avec la dignité humaine et droits de l'homme.
mettre un terme à l'impunité aux auteurs des infractions internationales.
Malgré son importance et son rôle au niveau international, un certain obstacles et défis auxquels la justice pénale internationale est confrontée.
Posant la question sur la compétence et la capacité d'action de cette juridiction pénale internationale.
Il s'agit d'une part, des obstacles relatif à l'impact de la souveraineté et l'opposition des Etats-Unis envers cette Cour.
Enfin, la relation du conseil de sécurité avec la CPI et son influence sur la procédure de la cour
