The creed of obedience and disobedience (الولاء والبراء) is very crucial and when it comes to it, people take different sides, and this creed has many forms and applications.

This research is meant to define this creed and show its importance, and the people ranks concerning it.

Then it talks about the different creed aspects in our times which might take certain forms, the most important of which are: - Forms of due obedience to Allah, His Prophet and fellowship of believers.

- Forms of forbidden obedience taking the form of having disbelievers as friends, supporting them, being loyal to them and the like.

- Certain acts which do not go under (الولاء والبراء) such as buying, selling, renting, giving presents are clarified in detail with their rules.
