The study aims to try to determine the impact of the organizational climate on the level of job engagement among Sonelgaz employees in Oum El Bouaghi, relying on the descriptive analytical approach that fits with the nature of the study.

a questionnaire that was distributed to 119 workers, which was analyzed by the SPSS statistical program and various statistical measures.

We reach a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a positive correlation between the organizational climate and the level of job engagement among the employees of the institution, and that the organizational climate explains 62% of the changes in the level of job engagement.
