Abstract EN

This study is based on effectiveness of the effects of the economic bolcs, and the filling the investment deficit gap in developing countries, through the integration resources, so the main objective of this research, is to make the economic blocs the course of expanding produtive vlue chains allowing for the exchange of resources, the transfer of technology, and the position of infrastructure, for an appropriate investment climate.

The Asean experience was used as model for this study, the most important result is that the effects of economic blocs by allocating dynamic one which have already had an effective reflection in terms of optimal utilization of resources and stimulate investment, which has strengthened the enter- regional exchanges and paved the way for openness and presence in global vlue chains.
