The study aims to introduce one of the models for evaluating the performance of banks, which is the CRAFTE model, and its use in evaluating the performance of Gulf Bank Algeria during the period 2016 - 2020.

The study concluded the extent of the importance of this model in evaluating banking performance as it evaluates the financial and non-financial aspects, as well as its role in disclosure.

The results led to the classification of the bank's performance during the study period at a good level, according to the classification of each component of the CRAFTE modelThe study recommended the keenness of Gulf Bank Algeria to constantly evaluate its performance to maintain its banking performance, and this is based on the CRAFTE banking evaluation model, as this model includes financial and non-financial measures, which reflects the real performance level of Gulf Bank Algeria
