Sports clubs are one of the sports bodies that aim to prepare children and youth in many ways, and support volunteer work in addition to the contribution in supporting the integrated development of personality, and from the sports clubs perspective, active electoral participation is an urgent necessity imposed by Law 71 in 2017 in order to enable the members to formulate goals and required development, and to follow up more ability to keep abreast of improvements and developments.

Also, the electoral process in its organization requires the provision of financial dues in excess of one million pounds to prepare for the assemblies and their requirements, and with the aim of research to raise the level of effectiveness of the electoral performance; it also aims to support the clubs’ budget by decreasing the general assemblies’ spending.

We conclude that it is crucial to classify the members of the general assemblies the according to their desire to participate in the actions of the general assemblies, support and modify the law according to this classification.
