Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the extent to which children who hesitated to childhood institutions know the existence of a public relations department in their institutions and this study belongs to descriptive studies.

Age from (12- 15) years in both Egypt and the UAE, and the study relied on the survey form as a basic tool for the study, and the most important results of the study were as follows: There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores of children attending institutions according to the nature of the country (Egypt- UAE) And their attitudes towards employing interactive communication technology in communicating with them, and it appeared that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of males and the average scores of females visiting childhood institutions and their attitudes towards employing interactive communication technology in communicating with them.
