Abstract EN

The study aims to measure the degree of efficiency of the performance of the Trust Bank Algeria (TBA) during the period 2012-2019 by applying the method of data envelope analysis, by presenting the theoretical framework for the subject of the study and the concepts related to the efficiency of performance and analyzing the data envelope.

The researcher in the applied part using the DEA technique of data envelope analysis method in measuring the degree of efficiency of the performance of the Trust Bank in Algeria, and because the bank's inputs and outputs are characterized by bifurcation and differentiation, some focus has been made, by selecting samples as follows: Inputs (total customer deposits), Outputs (total loans to customers - General Banking Risk Fund), Through this study, we have concluded that the management of Trust Bank Algeria enjoys great technical and volumetric levels of efficiency in managing the available resources by 100% during the years 2012 and 2016 respectively, and with an average efficiency rate of more than 90% during the study period, despite some problems that he suffered.
