Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the availability of the elements for applying the balanced scorecard at the University of Setif 1.

To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was distributed to a Random sample of 80 individuals professors and administrators at the university.

The descriptive analytical approach was used to analyze the data of the study.

The study concluded that the university uses the SWOT model.

To analyze and evaluate its internal and external environment, and it also has an element of senior management support as one of the elements of the application of the balanced scorecard, and the results also showed the ineffectiveness of its incentives and rewards system, and it was found that the University of Setif 1 has the elements of applying the balanced scorecard to a medium degree.
